Our milk is non-homogenised as nature intended, so the cream always rises to the top, as it did in the old days.
Whole milk is simply the natural product with nothing added and nothing taken away.
Our whole milk is around 4% butterfat.
The price includes a £1 deposit for the glass bottle which is refunded if you return it.
